Bunnings Preston

I was in the electrical section on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Grace and Pagona helped me with every question I had. I started getting very frustrated, and they were patient and kind, always reassuring me with my choices. Just want to say thank you to both girls for making my day easier and a little bit better excellent and extremely professional work from both young girls. Keep up the work!

Oh yeah, so good, I hired a ute for 2 hours from Bunnings to move garden green waste to the local transfer tip. Bunnings gave me a hilux petrol model quite flash indeed. I returned the ute as we contracted for a mere pittance. The staff gave budget a run for their money, smiles, courteous well-informed, energetic people, making my delema obsolete. I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger "" I'll be back'!

As a consumer I’m impressed with the new Bunnings. The selection seems more broad and yet familiar/accessible.

Being on Bell St makes the store easier to get to for more people. Having said that it’s also much easier to get in and out of than the old northland Bunnings for the majority of people. With 3 entrances/exits and 1 sole entrance (with preferential traffic lights) compared to 1 entrance/exit and 1 sole entrance (no traffic light assistance).

This is a new Bunnings, it’s monstrous. Well laid out, staff were trained well and informative. For a mug weekend warrior like me it was a great experience. Multi level parking, fundraising snags.. what’s not to like?

Bunnings Preston latest and greatest in Melbourne. Fully air conditioned store like the last two in the area like Doncaster and Fairfield lots of parking and entrance from all around. I have to say Bunnings always do the best stores by far . Great prices and good service!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 keep up the amazing work. Phil.

This review is about one employee - Akili. She made many keys for me, and some did not work. I went back, she saw me, remembered me, and asked if everything was okay. I said some keys did not work, and she took me to the counter and recut the keys. She did ask why, but it seemed to only be for information purposes. She was customer focused, prompt, friendly, time efficient for me, and did everything she could to ensure a good outcome for me. I am very happy, and I want her management to know that she is outstanding at customer service.

Attentive service always! Such a big store, fantastic upgrade. The staff are always so helpful and give valuable input. Wish all staff were trained as well at other retail stores.

I went here for the first time last week. WOW!! this is leagues better than my local bunnings near where I live.
This place is HUGE!!!, the gardening section is so mammoth I think it's going to take me many more visits just to check out what they have. The quality and range of their plants they have for sale is next level.

120124. New HUGE store just a block away from the old one. On cnr of Bell st and Chifley dve.? Entrance at the back of the store, down the road immediately behind the store, so cars lining up to get in won't disrupt traffic along Chifley Dve. . 2 x levels car parks and 2 x levels of retail. Recently opened. It will have everything Bunnings sells as the area is so vast. It reminds me of the Doncaster store with the carpark under and retail on top accessed by big capacity lifts and escalators. Very well designed re traffic as u can exit to Chifley dve or out the road u came in on and turn right to get on to Bell St. It also has a cheap Liberty? Petrol station next to it on Chifley Dve.

Bunnings Preston is the biggest branch I have visited. They sell pretty much everything. The floor staff have been, on the whole, super helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again

The 5 stars is for Abu, at the entrance upstairs. When other more senior staff seemed to dodge helping me get awkward furniture to the car, Abu managed to organize someone to take over his role while he very kindly pushed the trolley for me and carefully helped me load it into my car. He was cheerful and polite and I wish him a great future. A lovely young man!

Bunnings are always great stores but this new one is absolutely fantastic. so fresh looking.. 😍 Great under cover car parking.

This is a good new bunnings. Although, it has some "interesting" escalator supports...

Staff were absolutely kind and helpful. I forgot his name who helped me a lot (quite young and black). Anyway much appreciate it!

I had an issue with a Gernie pressure washer on 27th October was told by some staff that the machine had to be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty repair. This was not helpful to me as I needed it the next day for a job. Manager Jackie with the skillful help from Team member Josh fixed my machine in store. This was not an easy fix and I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer with his purchase problem. Highly recommended, thanks Jackie and Josh!

When they closed the Bunnings warehouse on Murray Road and Chifley, I was really happy, because turning off Chifley and entering the parking lot there was incredibly dangerous due to terrible road design. I saw several serious accidents at that intersection. So this new Bunnings is now open and I was hoping it would be safer driving into the parking lot. It is safer to turn into the parking lot now, but once you're in the parking lot, it's just as dangerous as the old Bunnings. It's dark, the signage is poor, and people are speeding around inside trying to find a parking lot. So be careful. Other than that, they have all the stuff.

HUGE brand new store set on multiple levels with easy access from several sides of the store. Ample parking both on ground level but especially in the top level.
