Visited the shell on 29/09 about 11:00 pm. Currently, I don’t own a car. So was Ubering to the service station (for some back story) now I’m 22 years old, with tattoos, and look like I’m a lot older on rough days. But I was getting tobacco, not particularly big deal, but as I arrived at the service station, the man on duty looked miserable, had glassy eyes and was counting 5c pieces on the counter. Which I’m sure we all know is a tedious job, but how he acted as a representative was appalling. But upon asking him, he didn’t move, didn't look at me. But while he was staring back at the coins asked me for my ID, noticing I didn’t have my physical copy, he also asked for the non digital version. I’m sorry, but how does someone downright know I’m not a child, but initially goes out of his way to make my journey more difficult, in order to levitate his working. Anyhow, I express too him I’m in an Uber, explaining I don’t have it on me, but before I could finish, he starts too shake his head at me an says “not my problem”. I’m sorry.. what? Aside the blunt rudeness of this man “Happy”, he didn’t have the decency to care he was being reported. He actually ignored me and still staring at his pile of coins flung his hand at me, indicating me too leave. There is a level of human respect and kindness that should always be dealt too one another. I can assure you if he politely asked for my id and expressed company policy, I might not be reviewing this store a 1 star review and leaving a nasty comment. One of the staff is so rude! worst service experience! I bought somethibg there tonight (Mon 15Feb at around 22:20). Just before pay by mobile app, i realised i need to transfer some money to that account which did in 15 secs. She made a big deal about it and said "you are rude nit checking your account first. u should let the next person to be sarved". I said i simply didn't know that there is not enough money on that account & it takes only a few secs to do it. the tone & the way she talks with costumers is horrible! i live one street to the petrol station & i had good interactions with other staff.

Worst Service
RUDE staff especially that lady, I guess she is eagerly waiting for her retirement. Moreover, she doesn't belong to a public dealing counter rather she should retire ASAP and started living somewhere away from normal public.
No Restrooms/Toilet (all other shells have one why not this one?)

Staff member asked for my Medical Exemption after i refused to wear a mask. Under SA Health guidelines it is under my prerogative to show that exemption and under current law, the staff member has discriminated against me. It was bad enough theyve taken gas away. Now i have to deal with this? Both Shell and Coles will need to train staff members before it becomes a Liability!!!!
