The absolute WORST customer service encountered! In particular the older woman who works there. Not interested in selling anything, absolutely NO customer service skills WHATSOEVER, rude, rude, RUDE!!! Not sure how Stihl are surviving in that Gladstone store when she lets them just walk away with cash in their pockets?!?! She made it perfectly clear she didn't care about our money, so we took it somewhere else. Sure, it was only $800, but you times that by the 10's or 100's after she's done being rude to everyone! Well, that's my 2c, not that it matters, just sayin'. 🤷
