Pete and Kat are true pool professionals and we are so glad we selected them to install out pool. The whole process was like clock work. They started digging at 8am on Monday and the pool was in and full of water 3pm Tuesday. The pool was left to settle on Wednesday and Thursday morning the pump, filter, light etc were all working beautifully. They use quality materials and expert, friendly tradespeople. Pete’s experience and attention to detail made for a clean, tidy, stress free install. We would definitely recommend Pool Envy - we can’t believe just how good they were!

Genuinely great service. We’ve had our water tested there twice now - once by my husband and then once by me. We are complete novices and this is our first season with the pool. They took so much time and care guiding me through what I needed to do which was so appreciated. They were so lovely about it to, nil judgement. No oversell and I didn’t have products pushed on me, they just genuinely want you to get what you need and have a sparkling healthy pool. The instructions to take home are such a great idea and I’ve followed it like a bible. Im actually excited to go back in two weeks. So handy having them just around the corner too. Fantastic service.

I was not aware that a pool shop had reopened in the location of a previous business. Pleasantly surprised. The shop appears to cover all pool requirements and testing. Informative staff.
