Mark is super knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to walk out of there with the right fit. Couldn't recommend more. 5 stars.

Great shopping experience. Staff were friendly and helpful while not being right in your face. I made my kids follow me around the store carrying the work clothes I wanted to buy… a staff noticed and offered to take the clothes up to front counter to allow us to keep going freely. Store was immaculately clean and huge range.

Couldn’t get a particular jacket from RSEA locally so called the Coburg outlet which had what I was after. Talked to a friendly and very helpful person who took my order and I received it in two days. Fantastic service.

Terrible customer service.. I walk in with my 2 year old, take my shoes off and walk the shoe section and not one of the 5 staff offered advice.

I decided I would walk out and find my shoes on the internet.
