Great welder did an awesome job doing fixes and fabrications on my trailer.

I have seen and assembled their product and it is pretty solid stuff. Unfortunately customer service and sales is a big let down. I requested a quote and sent them all the required information as to my needs. I called and emailed numberous times and left messages with no response or callback. Customer service/ reception wasn't helpful at all. I really wanted their product but couldn't even get an excuse outside of the Adrian is in and out of the warehouse...

Trying to buy anything from this company is impossible. As a long term customer I would expect better service. I have called and emailed at least 10 times only to be told the person I need to speak to isn't available, just email your requests they say. But they never get back to you. It's like they just don't want the business. Very frustrating, I've given up. Don't waste your time.

Same as the previous comment, good product but when you ring and ask to order additional parts, they say to send an email to sales, who can't be bothered to respond. Piss poor customer service
