Because of Jonny

Manager was very unkind. I came out of the dressing room and she asked how I went. I enquired for a different size and she asked why I didn't tell her I needed help with sizes while still in the change room. I don't understand the logic of why she was so insistent on me asking her for another size in the dressing room. She proceeded to ignore my request and I was stunned. I was holding the clothes I was interested in purchasing and walked back to the rack to try to find my size. She cut me off and asked for them back. I asked for a bigger size and she was not interested in helping. Came across as very disingenuous and lacking in customer service skills. Not supporting a business run by a Karen.
