The team at this store were able to help me locate two small washers to finish a project l am working on, and we're kind enough to supply them to me free of charge. Excellent customer service like this is why l will definitely be a return customer in the future.

Went elsewhere to buy my daughter a bike, service was terrible there. Ended up at 99 Cycles as we promised my daughter a bike on a Sunday.

99Cycles was impeccable, spoke with Jim, walked out with a bike, fully tested and approved by my daughter. Was happy to spend extra $$$ for the service provided.

Also happy to walk out spending a few more $$$ on extras such as spare tube, carry bag & drink cage.

99Bikes - Springvale isn’t the closest branch to where I live, but I’m glad I made the drive there to start my cycling hobby in Australia.
They are well stocked, got ample parking and nice roads nearby to test the bikes.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There’s a reason why this branch has a 5 star rating - a special shout out to Travis and Trent for being nothing short of amazing.
Purchased two bikes and couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Was driving past and noticed the branch so stopped over and was greeted by the most cheerful helpful and energetic members of staff. Within 10 minutes I got the backlights I wanted at a great price (decent brand) plus enough info re child seats. Will definitely come back for more.

Trent and Ben were amazing! We came to 99 bikes with an ambitious plan to bikepack the east coast of Tasmania and hardly any idea on how to do it 🤣. Trent and Ben were so helpful. Not only did they provide a highly personalised service, they took the time to provide detailed suggestions for gear, tools and tips and tricks for making sure we had a safe and fun time. Looking forward to going back to them for future bike needs!

Nathan and the Team at 99 Bikes Springvale are fantastic! There knowledge, workmanship and attitude is spot on! I've had issues with other 99 bikes stores, mainly Bentleigh where the workmanship in particular was very poor but the Team at Springvale have restored my trust in the brand. Would highly recommend taking your bike there even if it does mean a bit of extra travel.

I had a really good experience at 99 bikes Springvale today. Jing was a very knowledgeable mechanic. He assisted me with punctures on my bike. The service at 99 bikes was exceptional, I had my bike serviced on the spot. Thankyou Jing from 99 bikes Springvale.

I spent about 5 minutes in store to pick up minor parts and experienced great service and advice. The 3 team members I encountered were so nice and helpful. I'd happily return in the future..

Edit: so I did return since that 1st visit where I received friendly and efficient help by the 1st rep THEN a 2nd rep approached me offering help in case I wasn't already being served. I'm glad I drove out of my way and past at least 2 other bike stores to return to 99 bikes. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I recently bought a road bike and the experience of purchasing it was amazing from start till the end. Doron was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my queries and even helped me get a great deal on all my cycling gear. He helped me get the perfect size and helped with the installation of my pedals, bike cage and other accessories. Would highly recommend 99bikes Springvale for all your bike needs.
