Gift Playground

I purchesed a bike thought Bunnings website back in July I didn't pay attention to the size of the bike just seen how pretty it was anyways fast forward to last week I get the bike set up for Christmas and finally realized the size of the bike was to small for my daughter I contacted gift playground and they were tottaly amazing the sent out a return lable straight away I got the bike packed back up in the box and sent off to the post office they received the bike 2 days after and processed my refund witch I received the following day very happy with there customer service being so close to Christmas

Bit Disappointed as i ordered a 40cm Hot wheel bike for my son.
Ordered online for pick up ,payment processed and got a confirmation back from them via an email advising that Order is confirmed and i will receive an email once its ready for pick up.
Since I didnt get any emails/phone calls from them ,tried ringing them and spoke to a polite lady ,gave her the order number and she confirmed that order is being processed and promised me a call back once the order is ready for pick up.
After 3 hrs from that phone call ,got an email from them again advising that the order have been cancelled because of low stock and refund processed.
I think this was a waste of time as they should have updated their website to let the customer know about no stock before taking us through the payment check out process.
Feels but unsecure as well.

Ordered a bike 3 days ago and received a confirmation email. Had not received anything else since so I emailed to check, no response. Checked my bank account and found the money refunded with no explanation. Perfect timing for Christmas

My experience with Gift Playground has been quite frustrating. Initially, they sent the wrong bike, and though they rectified the mistake by sending the correct one, the dissatisfaction continued. The bike received did not match the description and product image, lacking the promised lockout suspension fork. Despite bringing this to their attention, there was no resolution. This inconsistency between the advertised features and the actual product, coupled with a lack of responsiveness, has left me disappointed with the overall service.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company. I purchased a bike that kept falling apart. The front wheel did not fit. the replacement front wheel did not fit. I used a wheel from another bike that did work. Then the derailleur broke got a replacement, then that bent into the spokes. This is when I decided that the bike was badly made and asked for a return. I returned it and they will not give my money back. I have tried all means to get my money back for 2 months. I have lost $530 and have no bike.

Purchased a child's Cyclops mountain bike. The gearing is so tight that an adult struggles to turn the gears, unsure why they would sell a bike that a child cannot even use. For $180 bike it's not worth it. Now the chain falls off now too. Over priced and all they sent was a what to do with it in a manual that is clear as mud. Don't waste your money

You guys are absolutely useless - sent a pink bike instead of green. How hard is it to double check your orders??? Useless mob, buy elsewhere if you can
