KG group have an amazing range of products and they are one of my top ‘go to stores’
On multiple occasions I have made queries on products to discover which one would be best suited, and I have been met with nothing short of timely replies and extremely helpful advice.
If I remember correctly, his name was Ganon, and credit to the company for having such amazing staff! His knowledge and expertise of their products is one of the main reasons why I continue to shop with KG Group.

Purchased a Healthy Choice Air fryer and it ended up being Faulty.
When i contacted them about the fault they were very quick to help resolve the issue and get a replacement sent out to me.
Have not had any issues with the replacement and works a treat

Ordered an item from them via third party company, trdeived no acknowledgement from the company taking the order. Contacted KG spoke to a very astute lady called Hayley who immediately confirmed receipt of order and sent me tracking details and invoice, she apologised that the company taking the order had not confirmed the order. Not for her to apologise KG have done everything right. Very happy and will use again.

The support from these guys is awesome. Prices are good. But more importantly, if things go pear shaped, they are there for you.

I had problems with a device I bought. These guys have always been very quick to respond to every message or contact and shipped a replacement as soon as the return arrived.

I have bought several items from this company and each time I have had excellent service. Only one item wasn't working, after contacting them they replied quickly and were very supportive. The item was returned and replaced at their cost, they kept in contact regularly during this time. I cannot make any complaints about cost or service. And I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a fair deal.

Purchase a Sodastream from here and had some issues as I thought it was faulty and not working and was getting quite frustrated. After few messages and sending a video of troubleshooting they were able to fix the issue as I was not screwing the bottle in securely enough. Such great customer service and so glad this was able to be resolved in a timely manor. Will definately be purchasing again 😃

I had bought a Philips Beard-Trimmer from KG Electronic via eBay 2yrs ago. I used the trimmer quite well but it broke just before the warranty was expiring.

I contacted KG Electronic team with the issue, and they arranged for a return of the defective product back to their warehouse and after testing the product, issued me a full refund since they did not have the same model in stock at that time.

Throughout the whole process, the communication was handled very well by the team. I hardly had to wait to know what was happening. It's not easy to find a team that's this committed and competent in most online shops. KG Electronic has shown it is possible.

I would definitely shop at this store again, considering they serve their customers even 2yrs after purchase.

I recently purchased a free standing stove from KG Electronic which had to be of very specific dimensions and needed extended legs (an extra that the staff had to source separately for me at no additional cost) to be of the correct height to replace my existing stove. Steph and other staff members could not be more helpful and answered all my queries promptly and professionally. I would certainly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Legs and stove were both shipped separately and both arrived within days not weeks.

Purchased 3 ceiling fans from this company
on eBay at a great price. They arrived a day earlier than expected.
Had them installed today by an electrician and I’m very happy with them. Look great and work perfectly. My first, but not last, experience with KG Electronics

Ordered a large amount of Spice jars and was quite nervous about them arriving broken, but they were packaged so well, they all arrived safely and none were broken. Packed with absolute care.

My toaster broke after a year, with a 2 year warranty. I honestly thought it would be pointless trying to get an exchanged or my toaster fixed, but i called anyway. From my first call, right through to having my toaster exchanged for a new one was a straight forward, easy and friendly experience.

The lady i met with, Sheree, was so friendly and helpful, she checked my toaster problem, and i got to walk away with a new toaster right way, i was absolutely thrilled.

I can't speak more highly about the customer service i received. It has made me feel comfortable and happy. Plus i get to continue to have an awesome purple toaster in my house. I will DEFINITELY be buying through KB Electrical again. :-)

I purchased a paws and claws cat bed for my cat and he loves it and won’t leave it. There were delays with delivery due to COVID but the girls who respond to my messages were very quick and explained the delays and opened investigation with Aussie post. Thanks for making my cat happy :)
