They was our favourite dining experience on our Tasmanian holiday. Exceptional food, great service and a wine selection that makes you wish you didn’t drive there.
The game menu is really well designed and cooked to perfection. The rabbit ravioli was superb while then Cassoulet was perfect with the rabbit and venison complementing each other very well. The Louis Riesling was the wine of choice for the afternoon.
Cannot recommend this restaurant more highly

As a Chef and restaurant owner based in Paris, i can easily say that this is my favourite restaurant in Tassie. Been twice in a year and each time every detail is perfect. From putting a light on less noble ingredients, honouring native food, perfect seasoning and the perfect balance of kind but not invasive service... They can do no wrong. Thank you Diana and Chef (i don't know your name)... See you next year, can't wait

Amazing place. Came for lunch and had 2 courses each. The vibe and decor is awesome and the game menu is super unique and beautifully made. Could not recommend more. One of the best places I’ve been in Tasmania so far.

We were looking for a good coffee on our trip to the deep South, and found it in Geeveston! Although we didn't eat much ... just a snack of house made foccacia and apple rhubarb and rose petal jam (yum), it was delicious and the menu looked wonderful. Definitely worth a visit :)

A must if you're in the Huon! Small place, cosy atmosphere, lovely staff and absolutely delicious food!

Was absolutely wonderful..was enjoying the food so much I forgot to drink my wine!! Not like me at all! Staff friendly and very attentive. I didn't have a reservation so the waitress disinfected a table for me pronto so I could take a seat. Enjoyed my meal immensely, wish I was staying there to taste all of the delights on the menu.

Fabulous meal and service. So worth the drive. Some of the meals are not for everyone but there are a range of dishes so everyone should be happy. My gnocchi was just sensational and my guest had the duck and mushroom risotto which was also fabulous. We shared a dessert and this was perfect. Loved this place 😋

Just so loved the food at The Old Bank. It took our taste buds away with words like 'wow'. A super memory and so deserving of 6 stars if I could! Friendly staff, food served reasonably promptly without being too fast, and a decor that is tasteful. I often wonder what can be made of old banks, and this one works a treat! Just raving!

Amazing one-off venue with a diverse and game rich menue.

This restaurant has the most interesting menu and and the food is exquisite and unparalleled. This is 6 star cuisine.

Stopped by a and had coffee and desert and it it was that delicious I took my partner there for breakfast which we both thoroughly enjoyed.
This place has an incredibly relaxed atmosphere set by well chosen music and dinning furniture in a functional space indoor or out .
You have a few craft products about to catch your eye along with the well placed wood art .
The owners are so friendly when you come in make you feel welcome each time you visit .
The food from my opinion is amazing hear the chef hear really works hard to put
together a taste sensation you don’t find
everywhere and was happy to thank him for such great meals .
If you are into deserts you are in for a treat they prepare unique and delicious treats that will make you think back and feel inspired to tell others to stop by if in the area as I will be .

We went in just for coffee but were so tempted by the original cake and dessert selection we had to try one! Very fabulous Flourless dark chocolate, Beetroot, Pepper Berry with walnut ganache. Meringue and ice cream. Would love to come back and try more from the menu.

This place deserves some Michelin stars. Well worth the drive from Hobart. Absolutely beautiful locally sourced ingredients such as quail and venison. Huge selection of Tasmanian wines and beers (try the 2 meter tale IPA). The staff are always lovely and the chef makes time to check on all of the diners.

Amazing food and better service. The venison burger was the best meal I've had since being in Tasmania.

What a find! This super classy Cafe is a foodie's heaven! Incredible food both the savoury and sweet such flare and skill! Friendly customer service, beautiful intriguing decor, decent coffee but not up to the same standard as the food. This is a gem in the south, well worth a visit!

Easy 5 star, this is great. The food and atmosphere and service were excellent. Love the gamey vibe, all the dishes we had were imaginative, local and expertly conceived and served. A unique gem well worth the trip.
