I almost didn't order from these guys because of the bad reviews but thought I would give them a go and see for myself.
Just received my second order yesterday, it only took 2 days to get to the Gold Coast which was impressive, but it depends which courier you use I guess, like anything if you choose the cheapest option you're most likely going to get a cheap service so I chose one of the couriers that I have used before and know are reliable.
We eat quite alot of nuts/seeds and other items that are sold here and all of the products we have purchased so far have been of great quality, fresher than any of the bulk food stores around here and their pricing is amazing, we are paying half the price for some items from the Nut Grocer.
Everything is getting so expensive these days so we'll definitely be getting our bulk food from here from now on.

This is the place to save heaps of money especially when I was paying through the nose at the supermarket stores. Great service and selection of goods. My only comment is I wish you didn't need to spend 200.00 to get free shipping other companies do 100.00 and free shipping. 200.00$ is alot of money for pensioners to fork out.

Fantastic service. I ordered over the internet yesterday and delivery was today. There was also a change to the order and I was rung to confirm the change was okay. Certainly will be reordering from the Nut Grocer.

Most products are good but the quality of poppyseed was the most horrendous we've ever experienced. Rancid, bitter and totally inedible. No response to email from customer service either. Organic pecan was a bit of hit and miss as well. 10% rancid in a kilo.

Great prices and delivery but the quality of the nuts could be better.

First time purchase and I ordered the whole kernal roasted and unsalted Macadamia. Order arrived and its macadamia halves which are cheaper. I have emailed them and tried phoning to no reply. I won't be purchasing from this company again. Will go back to Royal Nut Company.

Sent me the wrong order. Took more than a month to pickup and refunded my purchase. The quality of the nuts is actually pretty good but the experience is ruined by poor customer service.

First Time i used them they were great. I have ordered again from them and their customer service is slow to respond, phone number doesn’t work and we are 10 days and the courier and nut grocer won’t provide any updates. Very disappointing service and hopefully they can turn this around.

Courierplease has done a horrible job communicating anything and still can’t find this. Still not deemed as lost so I cant get my refund either.

I hope they respond soon and we get this resolved.

Update 07/09: My disappointment is with both companies. Nut Grocer never seems to pick up their phones and it took 2 emails to get a response.
I just received a message from Couriersplease after the promised 1-2 days only to tell me no update and they are still looking.
I really am concerned about the quality of these after so long waiting for them while "lost" in transit.
