I always have a great experience with Happy Valley! Staff are always friendly and helpful when in store and their customer service is unmatched. I’ve shopped with them both in store and online and it’s always a breeze.

This is further evident when I recently placed an order for a vinyl when a new edition came out. I reached out to the team and they happily worked with me to ensure I got the edition I was after when they could have easily told me no.

Happy Valley is always my go to record store and should be yours too!

I have purchased a large portion of my vinyl collection from Happy Valley. Although I usually purchase through online, I have purchased in store for a RSD exclusive once. Regardless of purchase method I have always been satisfied with the service, price and selection of physical media. Not to mention the speedy delivery times and care taken in packing the vinyls. All of these positives has cemented them as my go to location for vinyl.

This is by far, the best service I have received purchasing vinyl online. My order was finished and shipped the same day, safely and beautifully packaged. The tote bag is super high quality. I recently ordered from Happy Valley for the first time and it won’t be the last. Not only did they ship my magazine out fast, but the packaging was fantastic. If only other companies took as much care. The magazine was in perfect condition. I look forward to shopping with them again in the future.

Easily one of the best places in Melbourne to get your Vinyls from. The range in store is comprehensive and meticulously ordered too.

I usually head straight to Discogs for those harder to find LPs, so I was stoked to find an AUS store that stocked the albums I was after. Great range, good prices and efficient postage. I'll definitely be dropping in for a visit next time I'm in Melbourne!

Was after the complete collection from Fred again, happy valley had them in stock and was dispatched and arrived in Perth within a week. Awesome service and well packaged for protection
