Robbie and his team at Fufanu_Rocks are awesome. The helped us with our first 12" cult juvenile for your son back in 2021 and then another cult juvenile in 2022 for our other son. We just upgraded to a 16" WeThePeople bmx. He's knowledge and respect for the customer is really refreshing, he doesn't push the most expensive product on you. He wants your child to have the best riding experience for your budget. Fufanu_Rocks spends the time setting the bike up for you. brake position, seat, handlebars etc, which is good for people who are just starting out.
Its our 3rd bike from Fufanu_Rocks and would recommend anyone to them.
We just upgraded the grips on both bikes from them as well.

Ordered a pretty high end BMX from Fufanu. They helped me out tremendously by offering to swap some things around on the bike to suit my style of riding. Great communication all the way along, shipping was really fast to Adelaide.

Do yourself a favour and hit up Fufanu, they will go above and beyond. They provide proper advice and proper customer service in a world where that is becoming increasingly harder to find.

So amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Our 2.5 year old was so excited to upgrade his bike and Robbie was brilliant in helping us find the perfect bike for his age. We walked away absolutely thrilled with the bike, and our son hasn’t stopped riding it all evening. Thank you Robbie and team! We’ll definitely be back!

I'm not one to leave a review but this time it felt wrong not too.
First of all robbie your an absolute bloody legend. You were the only bike shop around to have a certain colour way I was looking for. Not only that robbie was able to send me photos of the newest colour ways that hadn't even hit the shelf yet. My son ended up liking the new colours so we ended up waiting. The whole time robbie was in contact with me an kept me informed as to what was going on. I went in one after noon a little bit after they had arrived an unfortunately missed out on the bikes in store but not to worry robbie done his best got one from his factory got it built up an personally delivered to me in no time 👌👌 you guys absolutely rock an will definetly be back soon

Didn’t get the opportunity to buy a product from here, as the item was out of stock but the customer service and help from Robbie was out of this world. Thank you for all of your help and honesty.

Robbie and his team are amazing in all aspects. My little one was getting her first inline skates for her bday and even though they didn't have them in stock (sold out) and Robbie wasn't there at the time he actually came back to the shop to help with her needs (what boss does that, very impressed). He fitted her anyway
and once in stock he had them posted to us. He saw she was upset not to go home with skates on the day and offered a treat 🍭🍭 to make her happy. Although far to for us to get there I'd make that trip again.

We drove over from Footscray to try on some skates for my nearly 7 year old. Really nice store. Got fitted for some skates and blades and got some great honest advice about beginner skaters. Its really nice to come to a place where people know their products, sell quality and give genuine advice, beyond just selling a product.

Robbie provides the ultimate in customer service, product knowledge & selling top quality products - even helping me sell outgrown bikes. Will definitely buy more bikes from him as our family grows.

Robbie and the team deserves 6 stars. I called about 20 bike shops trying to source a new SE bike and I wanted to be on a waiting list with Fufanu given how good Robbie was to talk to. He and the team are even better in person. Robbie is a gracious gentleman with customers, potential customers and dreamers alike :) If you want great service and top people this is the shop to go to.

Really amazing service today when I went in to buy a new pair of skates. Erin helped me out and didn’t mind when I asked to try on a variety of brands and different sizes and was incredibly indecisive. She made sure I was confident and well informed about what I needed prior to making my purchase to ensure it was right for me. The rest of the staff were incredibly lovely and even offered to help me carry all the boxes out to my car. Will definitely continue to come here for all my skating needs

Amazing service from Claire in store, fitted our girls with new skates on Saturday (5th) for their birthday tomorrow (11th). Skates needed to be ordered in and Robbie delivered them to our place today to make sure girls had them for their special day! Thanks so much Fufanu team for going above and beyond to help our girls have a special birthday!

Robbie and Claire were so helpful they were able to help my partner I choose what we needed!!
Claire helped sized my feet up for roller skates and helped me choose the perfect pair and also helped me pick the right size of gear!!!
Robbie was super helpful with my partner, he was able to give my partner a heap of advice and information on skateboards!!

Honestly awesome store and awesome people. They've got everything that you'll need and they're passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I bought a bmx but next time I need a new board I'll be going back there for sure

I bought a 26" Cult Devotion from Robbie then went back to buy some other parts to make it look a bit different from standard. Robbie was a great help and knows his BMX.
