The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I would like to mention Lily. She has a fantastic product knowledge. I am so happy and have a peace of mind that with lily's help i end up buying a moisturiser which doesn't have any nasty ingredients in it.

Came here today on my birthday and spoke to a wonderful sales person, I think her name was May? She was incredibly helpful!! I'm visiting Australia, and she went through all the ingredients and the pros of each product. I'd been struggling a little with how I look and she was so kind. 10/10, wish I lived here to come again! 😂

I was there on Christmas holidays so it was heck busy I met JAS JOT she was extremely helpful we were so lost we didn’t even know what we wanted but she helped us get through. 5/5 for her service

Thanks to Lily at the Chadstone store for her fabulous customer service and product knowledge. Went in for vouchers but I happened to mention sunscreen recently stinging my eyes (different brand). Lily immediately showed us a couple of products and even gave some samples. It was a lovely experience.

Thank you Shanam for the best customer service and showing me the products that really worth the price and that actually works. She was so kind and listened to all my concerns and about my mental health and how it affected my skin. I started using retinol because of her. She explained to me what it is, how to and when to use it. I bought it about a month ago and my skin never looked better than this. I’m so much more confident with how my face look. I can go out without a mask now. My skin is thanking you. Much love ♥

Such lovely customer service! I was visiting Melbourne for a few days and went to the Chadstone store. I bought I few things but once when home I realized I had been charged twice for an item. I called the store and they sorted out the refund over the phone and even sent out some free samples that were there when I arrived home. This was such a surprise, what amazing customer service after an honest mistake. Will definitely be coming back here xx

Went into Mecca Maxima late this evening, and the store was quite busy so I did have to walk around a bit to find someone to help me. The girl who helped me find what I was looking for was absolutely amazing, found a suitable foundation with the correct shade almost straight away. Definitely will be a returning customer!

I visited Mecca Maxima Chadstone yesterday, and was assisted by Tiff. Tiff was very outgoing, kind, and she exceeded my expectations. Most of all she was patient in answering my questions and showing me how to apply the products to achieve a flawless look. everything single time i go into mecca the staff are so lovely. they always check if you need assistance & have a genuine smile. today i went in as i've been struggling to get my eyebrows the way i want & two of the sweetest girls were more than willing to help. every time i leave i feel happy & accomplished. thankyou so much <3

Learnt some valuable skills from Grace and Sabrina at the Complimentary Workshop on Saturday! For a complimentary workshop during our shopping experience both girls taught with passion and skill. Would definitely go again!

I am a very regular mecca cosmetica and mecca max customer and a grade 3 beauty loop member. Today (15/08/19) I visited mecca max chadstone and was helped by James. I have been trying to find a good concealor that doesnt crack and hides my dark under eyes for AGES. Various mecca make up artists have not been able to help me until today! James was SO knowledgable about under eye concealour. He showed me exactly what to use and how to apply the products correctly to achieve my make up/under eye goals. He is brilliant. Go into this store and see him. He is also SUPER friendly and kind. :)

I came into Mecca and was assisted by the most amazing sales person Amy, she was extremely helpful and just a pleasure to speak to.

The girl who helped was so knowledgeable and helpful. My friend was very particular about what she wanted and the girl went through what seemed like the whole stores worth of lip gloss until she found exactly what she wanted.

Staff are fantastic here, the manager went out of her way to make an eyelash appointment for me for an event when they were booked out. I highly recommend this store for excellent customer service and advice!

Had an amazing experience with Holly from Mecca Maxima Chadstone. She took the time to educate me on the different primers and had an amazing personal approach!

I have been to mecca maxima at chadstone a few times and have always found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable about makeup and friendly. I will continue to shop there!
