I found the staff very helpful & courteous. They gave me product information that I needed about new stock and expected delivery dates.

Although I'm not a Collingwood fan, I really enjoyed seeing the wonderful history of this legendary football club. This is a must do visit for all Collingwood supporters.

Why does nobody answer the phone at the club shop?? It smacks of arrogance. Lift your game, I am a member. More than disappointing.

Ordered a Grey Got Flags t/shirt. Stitching hanging off straight out of package. Followed the returns or exchanges process which was simple enough. Says not to resubmit form as they are a bit back logged but maybe around 2 days for a response. 37 days later after submitting 2 return forms I finally got a response. I think I’m at the stage of getting a replacement after submitting a picture of the fault. Looks like I should get a replacement T shirt 50 days after first contact with them. 6th of Feb 2024 received replacement T-shirt. Original correspondence started 15 December 2023.

When I purchased two items from the Collingwood Shop which were advertised as in stock on the 5th April 2024.

It took 13 days for an email, to advise the jumper was no out of stock, this is poor performance.

I asked if the stocked item could be changed, no we dont do that you can have a store credit or refund.

Not helpful when its a gift, do not buy here and do not deal with their dreadful customer service team.

And if you come into contact with Sam from the shop she wont assist and was absolutely horrible to deal with.

Have previously received an order I placed on line and even bought in store and all was fine. BUT, unbelievably an order I placed three months ago still hasn’t been shipped!! Ordered a range of premiership gear days after the grand final. I knew the cap wouldn’t be available until late November so I was expecting my order early December but it’s early January and it’s still not even posted. I’ve rung twice but can’t get an answer to when my order will be sent and the club shop hasn’t once responded to my polite and patient emails. Extremely disappointed in this service.
