Great bike shop with awesome and super friendly staff. Shout out to Johnno who did a superb job bleeding the brake lines and changing over the rotors and pads on my ebike. He even modified the generic Chinese pistons to make them move straighter so i won’t get uneven wear on the pads anymore! Very reasonable rates, especially considering the care and quality of work!

Jono was fantastic at solving my problem and explaining all the issues. The centre of my valve had blown out when I took the dust cap off to pump the tyre before a ride. Apparently quite unusual.
Jono gave me great advice and told me not to buy a spare valve as it was unlikely to reoccur. Didn’t try to sell me stuff, just gave me good logical advice.
I definitely recommend him if you have any mechanical issues.

Diego was super helpful!! Went in due to some loose components on a friends bike and we happened to be nearby. Diego happily inspected the bike and tightened the head tube and front axel, FOR FREE!! What a life saver! Will definitely be coming back here.

Had a DISASTER over last weekend; accidentally drove into underground carpark with my beloved (full carbon) road bike on the roof. CRUNCH. Luckily only minor scratches but unfortunately ripped off the saddle from carbon seatpost.

Quick call to Kew Bikes and they fit me in within 30mins of the bingle. Gave a close inspection, experienced advice on whether I could continue to ride safely, and managed to reattach saddle (in other mount hole) AND tweak seat placement to ensure my fit geometry didn’t change. I was back on the road in under an hour!

Also took the advice and replaced my tyres at same time - didn’t even realize they were so worn!

Very new in the area but Dwayne is great, full of good advice and very knowledgeable. Dwayne fitted a set of tubeless tyres onto my mtb, good price and quick turnaround. When I need more work done I’ll be back.

Dwayne is brilliant! It was so good to talk to someone who listened & took the time to diagnose the problem with my bike. Even better he fixed my bike without trying to sell me new parts which I didn't need. Highly recommended Kew Bikes for excellent expert & independent service. Thanks Dwayne!

It’s all about the people right… Carlos and Dwayne are legends. Only just met them however they helped me with some last minute mechanicals so I could pack my bike for a trip over Xmas! Thank you 🙏 you were so happy to help. definitely will be back!

A great little bike shop for the Kew area. Carlos and Dwayne are great, very knowledgeable and would literally bend over backwards to help you, something you don’t get from the more mainstream stores.
