He is so passionate about his job and you can tell from his quality of coffee he makes… tastes soo fricken good. No burnt taste, no milky taste , just a beautiful smooth creamy coffee taste with Lindt chocolate taste soo yummmm..

Delicious chocolate and drinks. Customer service was amazing, the staff (simra) at reception asked us about Gelatine (due to temporary change of ) to ensure if we were ok, and offered us alternate as well. It was amazing…..

Pleasant visit to this pretty shop. We were lucky enough to arrive just as the last Easter stock was being sold at 75% off. I can confidently tell you that Lindt Easter eggs are delicious. These folks offer coffee and hot chocolate too, and there is seating, but only for three at a counter. There's a small food court across the hall with several other vendors, so you can buy a takeaway coffee and eat your chocolate in comfort.

It is the best chocolate shop in Melbourne. If you go to DFO Essendon you could also buy items on sale and it is affordable. Try their coffee and if you’re lucky they may give you a free chocolate to enhanced the taste of the cappuccino. There is no free tasting or sample but for sure all the items are of good quality. I bought bags of chocolate for my sister visiting me here in Melbourne. This is a must...

You're going to get way more in those chocolate boxes that you fill yourself than in those bags. I've been going for 6 years now and always found it amazing. Ok the range on our last visit this week wasn't huge but no doubt now leading into mothers day there will be something new on sale
Also everywhere is struggling for stock and supplies at the moment.

Amazing service to me and my family. The mochas and the iced drinks were just a fantastic ending on a hot day for the family.

Also giving 5 stars because I saw them respond to customer complaints so well. Some customers honestly think they own the world but I watched as Lindt employees pacified the situation and handled it so well.

Visited the store on Sunday around 11.30am and got a latte with almond milk. The coffee was so good that I did not want it to end! Told myself I’d give a 5 star review, just remembered! Really good barista!

They usually also have a whole set of sale deals that you may wanna consider.

I also recommend the hazelnut chocolate... i think it's the best among all of them.

This store is located inside DFO. They have all the Lindt chocolates you can't find elsewhere and make the best coffee in the house.
