Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! I wish I could give 0 stars because I am so appalled at how the owner can be so rude. I went in to see if they stocked a certain type of Blundstone boot and find out what size I would be. As I was trying on my size I asked if they price match and she said not really but she can do $150 which I was considering, even though it was $25 more than the price I saw online. Then as I was looking at the shoes in the mirror and figuring out if they were the right size she says “okay I have to get back to work now” and I said “umm okay I’m just thinking about it for a minute, you can go back to your work rather than waiting for me” to which she replied “no I can’t, I have a business and you just come in here to try on size and not buy, I have rent to pay” I was practically kicked out of the store in the space of 3 minutes and told not to waste anymore of her time.

Warrning::- It’s scam more then a business. My suggestion is to clearly ask and take in writing all the prices/ quotes bcz later on they make English communication as a excuse. I might have better experience with embroidme then these guys.

selected website indicated on google maps, but when I got there they did not have the items advertised on the website at the price advertised and they claimed the website was not theirs - suggested it was set up by the previous owners.
