10/10 service and ability to work with me in terms of what I wanted. Was easily able to alter the order I made to fit what I required. I needed a lot of lollies at short notice and contacted them to make sure they could get them to me on time and they delivered much earlier than I expected. Definitely recommend for any parties or big events if you want custom designs on your lollies.

From the moment we ordered the candy online to when we received our order, the service from Designer Candy has been first class. Communication with Brenton via email was quick and excellent. We received our customised rock candy today and cannot be more happy with how they turned out. They look fabulous!

Designer Candy made my beautiful lollipop bouquets for our beach wedding on Hamilton Island. They were a big hit and complimented our theme perfectly. We decided to get personalised candy as well for our bomboniere and Designer Candy did a package discount. The service was great and it was the easiest part of the wedding to arrange!

Fantastic service

The delivery of candy was a couple of days later than the day I had requested it for and it was difficult to get in contact with the company after my order had been placed and paid for. I had numerous emails and phone calls that weren't responded to for a week. The company did arrange free delivery for me due to the delay and were apologetic for the inconvenience it had caused. I must say that the quality of the product definitely made up for it and I was 100% satisfied with the way our personalised candy looked and tasted.

Delivery date was exactly as they said,
The Rock Candy keep its shape and colour and I followed the instructions and thankfully nothing melted.
The Rock Candy added colour, dimension and atmosphere to my birthday party.

Very rude owners who treat the staff terribly and underpay them. They haven't paid anyone's superannuation since they took the business over years ago. Absolute crooks!
