Coles Braybrook Ballarat Rd

It's probably one of the best Coles I have been to. The deli section not only has everything you desire, but also looks amazing.

☆ By far, my favourite supermarket to shop at in the area.

☆ Plenty of parking – however, be wary because many precariously leave their trolleys on the side of the road.

☆ Always fully stocked with the products I need; spaced out nicely; well furnished.

☆ Only negative is that staff take up all the space in the aisles when fulfilling online orders.

Clean, new, organised. Mostly very good, hardworking staff. There are a couple of new, lazy staff that don't seem to appreciate that it's us customers that pay their salary.

Great place. It has a wide variety of items to pick from, so glad it’s next to me.

This is not my local Coles I have 2 others closer to me, I come here because of the amazing range of products especially when I need to cater for my vegetarian, vegan or halal family and friends. The customer service here is amazing. Today I need to mention My who was amazing at serving me today, very friendly, patient, asked all the right questions, really great customer service skills. I don’t think I have come across a staff member there who was not helpful.

Do you eat food? Use toilet paper? Attempt to keep tiny humans and or animals alive with the heady realisation you are now An Adult and need to plan things like eating food and using toilet paper???

A great Coles with a great location. A modern well laid out supermarket with a great range of products. Parking is easy and the trip back to the car should be short. Construction is in progress so there a fewer parking spots, but there is usually enough depending on the day.

Mad respect to the workers here for putting up with some of the customers. They handle things professionally, even when rowdy teenagers from the school across the street shoplift or cause trouble.

My kids love donation Dog there . Before going inside first they hug and kiss Donation Dog than go inside. 😍

shopping, its great, I can get everything here and there's a few vegan treats available here.
Easy parking, clean, really nice staff, i like fresh bakery with extra gluten foods.

One of the recent additions to the Coles chain in the Western Suburbs, this new Coles Super Market is conveniently located along the Ballarat Road, in Braybrook.

Shopping and Other stores:
Like most other Coles, this branch is located within a large Mall, housing Chemist Outlets, Restaurants, Liquor and Novelty shops. There is also a TK Maxx (Temporarily closed at the time of writing this) and BCF as well.

About the store and staff:
Being one of the new sites, the store is bright, well organized, and has a greater range of items compared to Coles Central West. The staff here are comparatively more approachable than those at Central West in my opinion based on my shopping experience. This is, however, subjective and other's may have a different experience.

I have had good experience shopping here often and prefer this store for ease of parking, range of products on sale and convenience of access.

The trolleys used here aren't coin locked and it makes it much easier to get one if you prefer cashless lifestyle.

Note:
Covid safety practices are practised at this store and everytime we shopped here, hand sanitizer, trolley wipes and physical distancing are well maintained and practised. Found it safe to shop here. Thanks Coles!

Sale:
Shop during week days for great deals and we found Wednesdays quieter and having more offers on items compared to other days.

Well presented store with helpful and friendly staff members. This morning i needed a box of mask "Megan" explained and presented different size of masks for me which was very helpful. Thank you Megan keep up with your good service.

Huge variety still has check counters love it

Not my local coles but definitely one of my favourites to go to, I went today in a rush and could not locate a few of my items, but a lovely worker named Kristina helped my locate all the items swiftly whilst displaying an excellent level of customer service. Was not disappointed and will be coming back!

I've never been to this Coles Store before.. My daughter actually recommended it.. I took a trip there today and was not sorry for going out of my way.. A wonderful big shop with everything you need at your fingertips.. The staff are courteous and friendly.. I will go back..
