Brilliant customer service in evry department on the floor. They're helpful & friendly & treat everyone wth respect & consideration. The young woman who's on as a floor manager (always around or on the front desk) is a deadset soldier. She seems to work all the time, no matter what & she does it wth a genuine smile..even in agony yesterday, her hand almost falling off her wrist...she was pushing on not missing a beat. Well done Woy Woy Woolies you guys are awesome 👌 thankyou for your service 😀

All of the workers made a good job at helping me with what i needed, no cue or waiting for anything, my friend was happy to find this magazines.

Staff are generally very friendly, with the odd one having a bad day like the rest of us. They have been particularly good humoured during covid I must say, especially when singing in became a regular thing. Thank you to all these essential workers who certainly don’t get paid enough to put themselves and their families at risk.

I’m 82 year old Woolies shopper. After shopping at Woolies Woy Woy yesterday my car remote would not work. A helpful gentleman I think wearing a Woolies shirt and a turban came to my assistance. This young man was very polite and helpful and gave me a new hint what to do if it happens again. Thank you very much I appreciate your help thank you.

Located in a small shopping centre with plenty of outdoor parking just outside the main entrance. Its a full size Woolies with a great selection of prepared fresh meals as well.

Very clean, well stocked and the staff are awesomely helpful and friendly. As a recently new resident in Woy Woy I can honestly say that grocery shopping was never so pleasant in Sydney.
