Exceptional customer service! They didn't have an item in store but the pharmacy across the road did, they called and picked up item in less than 10mins!

Lauren has been so helpful to me and my family during a very difficult time. She has gone above and beyond every time I have spoken to her (both in person and over the phone). Lauren is kind, creative and able to support people in crisis or when you need things urgently with such ease and grace. Ask for her next time you are in!

Shanshan was very helpful and her service was great. I called in the middle of the night for medicine and she helped me to relief my pain. I was grateful and awed in her service

Brilliant. Was in urgent need of painkillers New Years Eve and these folk were not only open (at 1:30am) but were totally friendly and absolutely professional. Life savers. Thank you again.

Excellent service at 2am and very helpful with advice in a taxi parcel pick up for me.

I have been grateful for sam for helping me in finding the right vitamins for my pregnancy duration i went early morning with the crazy heartburn and he went beyond to help and ensured I’m looked after its a blessing to have 24/7 pharmacy opened in city for urgent medication highly highly recommend this pharmacy and kudos to wonderful staff

This chemist is open 24/7, perfect for emergency medicine when needed, it's right across the road from the hospital so easy access to prescription medication. Jenny who served us did an amazing job! So lovely and welcoming especially considering it was 3am. Definitely recommend this chemist and shout out to Jenny for her amazing customer service. ❤
