Chemist Warehouse Keilor East

Josie was a superstar Customer Service Officer second to none. Today I went to CW Keilor East and I could hardly walk (Gout) had to pick up nappies for my Grandson. I asked Josie if she could assist me and she did. She walked to the isle located the nappies grabbed me two bags and walked it to me at the checkout. Her professionalism, quality customer service is the reason I come here because it's also a 24 hour Chemist in the Western Suburbs. Josie didn't have go out of her way to help but she did and I appreciate you for it. Thank you Josie you're a legend.

Big store. I went to the store during Christmas, it was quiet, but people had to wait for over 20mins to get the prescription filled.

Chemist warehouse is inexpensive and has lots of products including make-up, toiletries, shampoos, dietary shakes, medications, perfumes men & women, soaps, tissues, lollies, kids toys, baby products, vitamins, pain relief and lots more.

After a late flight coming into Melbourne urgently needed a chemist for some medicine. Great that it is open 24/7 and staff were helpful and quick turnaround on getting in-and-out whilst our taxi was waiting outside. Recommended!

Best Chemist in the area and possibly globally. Excellent customer service from not only the shop assistant but the pharmacists (Francis). Exceptional service and extremely knowledgeable across a breadth of products and symptoms. A true testament to the profession.

Perfectly happy, this chemist is 24 hrs, i went there around 12:45 am to get a cough syrup and pain killer, the staff were really nice, I didn't ask for the guy's name who assisted me, but he is truly a gentleman, five stars all the way

Good customer service. The staffs are always helpful. Special thanks to pharmacist - Helene Trien. She was friendly and very helpful. I got her kind assistance in certifying my documents in the store yesterday. She was patient and with a very good work altitude. Keep it up!

An easy 5 stars after the manager organised the delivery of a click and collect order on the same day. I normally have my orders delivered but for some reason the website wouldn’t allow it for this particular order. This will definitely be my go-to 24-hour store! Cheers

Always Affordable Price,competitive price ,when it comes to medicine ,I think it’s hard for anyone to stand To the same Pricing as Chemist ware house does,wide range of Products, Always my First choice to buy medicine if I need to. And good thing about this Is it’s 24 hours Open, So less stress if I need to buy medicine even in late night or after work. Just recently this week during lock down 17th Oct 2021 , I wake up 2 am with really Bad acid Reflux where liquid was about to came through my mouth and nose during my sleep, after that I couldn’t go back to bed, than I checked my medical Backup to find if I have any antacid, my bad there was none. I couldn’t do anything, and just realise This Chemist was 24 hour ,at least during Normal Days, I didn’t knew if they were open during this lockdown with curfew. Still I went with hope they were open. And yes they were, some one from inside opened the door. I bought 3 to 4 different brand antacid for Backup as well. Had gaviscon liquid before I went to bed again. It saved my Life And My night as well. I will thanks them for saving my night. And thx being there open, when I need help desperately. I could give more than 5 rating happily if I can.

Went to Chemist warehouse Airport West and was told by the manger that it would take him half an hour to do a price match as he was busy?! {its there obligation to price match]. Even so why would it take him half an hour? i showed him the product and that Safeway had it cheaper? Additionally I rang up East Keilor Chemist Warehouse and they did it straight away no questions asked. Although i live in Airport west I will opt to come here as they didn't try to cheat me. Thank you Tony will be back!!!!!

I got my medications quickly and the staff were wonderful to deal with :)

the best of the best. yes it’s busy, and scripts can take a while, but it’s enormous, open 24/7, well stocked, well staffed, the nurse is lovely, so cheap (like all CW’s) and did i mention its enormous? i’ve seen supermarkets smaller than it, guaranteed that it’s the best chemist in melbourne

there was a realy nice young chap that helped me with my ovestin cream for my menopause, i believe his name is Liem. very kind and seemed to know alot about menopause. thank you great servicec. its like my menopaus is gone!

Francis the pharmacist at east keilor is amazing. His level of customer service is up there. He is always happy to help and with a smile.

They have a nurse after hours and she was such a big help!!! Would definitely go back
