A shout out to Bobbi and the pharmacist for making my daughter’s vaccination such a pleasant experience. When I called she said she would let the pharmacist know a toddler was coming in to make the process as smooth as possible. They were so lovely patient and good with her and not to mention painless! She didn’t even cry. They kindly have her a lollipop which she was over the moon about. I can’t thank them enough for making this such a lovely experience which is important building blocks for young children. Such a lovely friendly team - highly recommend. (Sorry this review is a few weeks later)

This has been my local pharmacy for over 8 years and the customer service is always outstanding. The staff are always so friendly and caring. I always leave with a smile on my face. Lisa n Bobbie are also really knowledgeable and always recommend the best quality product at the most affordable price....Have also been wonderful towards my Son who has ASD n they treat him like their Own.....and he really likes to see them too!! :)

I've been a customer at this pharmacy for years. Invariably customers are greeted with smiles and offers of help and the assistants have an excellent knowledge of OTC medication. In particular, Lisa and Bobbi (pharmacists) are probably the most professional and knowledgeable people in the field I've encountered. Nothing is too much trouble and they always endeavour to dispense scripts in a timely manner with a smile and a quick chat. I write this today as the staff were wearing their Christmas 'attire' with earrings, hats etc which again gave customers a smile especially the older
clients. They are a credit to the company.

I went to get some cough medicine after being so sick for weeks on end. I was very sick and could hardly talk and due to this I was very emotional. All the staff were so good to me and even let me sit down to gain my strength back while crying. This is not my regular pharmacy however I think it will be from now on. Once I am feeling better I will come thank you all in person. I went home feeling much better than I was before and that’s due to human kindness. Well done to all the staff.

This is the best store for basically everything!! Bobbie and Lisa are very knowledgeable and go more than the extra mile with their service and create a fun and friendly atmosphere! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Thank you Terry white Noosa outlook 🙏

Been going here for years, the pharmacists are wonderful! I went in today and Lisa and Bobbi were decked out in elf costumes, which made the experience much more fun.

Excellent pharmacy with very professional and friendly pharmacist (Lisa?) and her colleague. Always happy to answer any questions with a smile.

What an amazing store. I had trouble finding a particular sunscreen my kids like and they ordered it in for me. Which was too hard for other stores, and they got it in the next day. What old fashioned service and quality feels like again. Will be coming back here more even though it is further away.

The moment I walked in I was assisted by a lovely lady Camillia who found the product I needed straight away. Thank you for fantastic service and a great product range.
