Due to the fact that I e-mailed Smokmart to complain about a product they gave me a refund and an Online gift voucher oucher but I was unable to access it. Due to exceptional service b the young lady who was able to process it for me as the saying goes I was a Happy Little Vegimite 👌😊🖤

Wow what exceptional service. Both Megan and Chris went out of their way to assist me with my daughters bday present. They even directed me to other services when they couldn't assist me.
Highly recommend this store and these ladies.
Will definitely be buying regularly from this store for family gifts.

Always such lovely staff working at the Playford store, outstanding customer service and the store is always clean and tidy. I was served today by Megan and she was the absolute best, nothing better than service with a smile.

I experienced great friendly service, I was greeted me with smiles (I didn't have to approach them, they came to me), they had some fun banter with me while they looked for the item I was wanting.
