MS Community Shop - Malvern

Amazing staff and customer service. The manager came over and stood between us and a male customer who was leering and then she checked in on us afterwards. We felt really looked after. Thanks for having our backs!

I enjoy going in whenever I can to find hidden gems. High quality stock which is indicative of the neighbourhood. The volunteers who work at the shop are delightful and always provide excellent service.

Many of the clothes are higher quality than I expected from a secondhand store

Small and a little overpriced, which seemed to be a trend for the op shops in the area (with one exception). There are some great retail outlets nearby though, so don't let op-shops-that-forget-they're-selling-people's-old-stuff put you off. And you never know; any thrift store offers a chance to find something pre-loved that's perfect.

A total mess of a shop under manager, full of over priced clothes, shoes, jewellery etc. True shame as Salvos very nearby is so much cheaper & always packed with customers. Front door should be kept open & customers felt welcome like salvos. The shop could & should be a booming business like most op-shops these days but is always very quiet.

Over priced & dinghy

Manager of store unnecessarily rude. Ended up not making a purchase due to her attitude and will no longer bother going in. Many other op shops nearby with lovely staff to support instead.

Volunteer who visited the football, who breaks isolation multiple times and is reported to police by staff and others - and an organization that has no care for it's elderly staff or customers!
Support other businesses that actually look after the community!
