Took my son’s bike here today to get an issue fixed. The guy in the shop fixed it straight away and did a realignment of bike wheel etc. really efficient and friendly and only charged minimal labour. Will definitely be back to service the bikes

The service and advice at this store is amazing. Previously I had bought bikes from department stores. One day my gears jammed completely and they fixed it then and there on the spot even though I didn't buy my bike from there.
When my department store bike died (the 2nd one in 2 years) I bought a Atmos bike from them. 18 months later it is still running really well. Mordy bikes sell good quality bikes and have even better service.

These guys are the best. Super nice, know their stuff. I bought my son’s bike in and they fixed it on the spot. Definitely recommend, always get our bikes fixed here.

I have been using Mordy bikes to purchase, service and maintain the entire family of bikes. Dual suspension mtb, hybrid, kids bikes. Brendan and his team are always thorough and professional and they go out of their way to help out their customers. Always happy to order items not on the shop floor and prices always competitive even with larger franchise stores.

Great experience at this local hidden gem! Diego went out of his way to source an extra part needed to fit some training wheels for my daughter's bike, and even assisted in putting everything together and checked the bike over. Whilst being very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable, he was also able to have it all done in less than a day! Thank you so much!

I've had my road bike serviced here a few times and they always do a great job at a reasonable price too. Get away from the chains and online stores and support your local!

Brendan was awesome in diagnosing and fixing my Canyon road bike. I'm an enthusiastic (but still learning) DIYer with most things on my bike, so really appreciated the time Brendan took to talk me through and explain what was needed. My 2021 trek 7 is a better bike because of Brendan and his team....serviced and improved through some modifications...this bike is a flat track bully. Pricing is always fair...and professional service is great...highly recommend.

I ordered a Malvern Star road/commuter bike online from Mordy Bikes and received a call from Carlos within the hour, advising that he could deliver the bike for me within the hour. Delivery was free of charge and the bike was so reasonably priced. This was pretty hard to believe. Thank you so much for taking such care of the biking community. You guys have obviously got this! A bike shop owned and run by cycling enthusiasts. It's great to see a shop filled with decent brand bikes at excellent prices. They serviced our 2 mountain bikes and they were spot on to my specific requirements (brake set up). Very happy with the price as well. I would recommend this place over the others around the area.

Recently bought a Milkbar Bike from these guys for a great price. They kindly took great care putting together my new bike, Brendan is a legend. Also just easy and welcoming energy in store when my partner and I went in to pick it up (none of the elitist bike bro talk you usually get with bike stores). 100% recommended and would shop with again.

First visit to Mordy bikes, getting my Lappiere Zesty MTB serviced.
Was blown away by how friendly and knowledgeable they were!
Brendan fully explained the process to me before starting the service, checking chain wear etc while I was there so I knew exactly what I was in for.
They were very honest with what the bike needed, not trying to upsell me but making sure I got everything I needed/wanted.
It was also very good value.
Very happy and would 100% recommend.

I highly recommend this place. A very high level of service, professional, friendly and also extremely fair priced. These guys do not rip you off like others iv been to. I stumbled upon them coincidently when my bike tyre popped but am very glad I finally found a great place to take my bike for service and repairs. Highly recommend!

Whilst they weren't able to help with my issue (I ride a recumbent with drum brakes - a bit of an oddity) they were able to offer sound advice on how to proceed so as to ensure the warranty would not be in danger of being voided, and all without requesting a fee. Very courteous and helpful in an ongoing issue that should soon be resolved the proper way thanks to their guidance.
