I used to work here for my School's Work Experience. This place was fantastic. I met the store owner, Ahmed, as well as his sister. There was also another worker, Rebecca. What I'm trying to say is that they all had a professional business runner's behaviour (polite, welcoming, and generous). I also meanwhile got to know more about how they would treat the customers since I was there working as well, and their good impressions never failed to impress any customer, who would always buy regardless of the price. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs Work Experience for their school. Besides, even if you're not headed there for Work Experience, I still recommend giving their pharmacy a shot as they also will manage to knock you into a long, pleasing conversation, which will have you leave the pharmacy feeling good.

I’ve ordered from them online for several years and it has always been a positive experience. Recently an item I use was discontinued and they went above and beyond for me to help to locate some remaining stock and make it available for purchase. I can’t imagine the amount of time and effort they put into the search to make this possible for me, and I’m so grateful they made it happen. Amazing customer service!

The owner and staff are fantastic; always greet you with a smile on their face and very quick to process prescriptions. The owner in particular is polite, knowledgeable and regularly goes above and beyond. My grandmother is a regular at AMS, and on the odd occasion when they're out of her medications, he organises one of his staff members to deliver them to her house once the order comes in. Their ongoing support and commitment to the community, particularly the elderly, is exceptional. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

Whenever I have had questions regarding a particular product in the past, the pharmacist has always responded to me promptly addressing my chief concerns. I don't usually leave reviews, so when I do, they are much deserved. Thank you for the professional services you provide for the community/world. On a side note, the new website is also extremely user friendly and visually appealing.

AMS Pharmacy is a spectacular pharmacy to go to in need of medication. The service there are so friendly, walking in makes you feel extremely welcomed. The staff are always there to try and help out as much as they can with large smiles on their faces. The work they do is efficient and the staff is always supportive and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend AMS Pharmacy.

Excellent and personalised service, with very friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist with every enquiry.
The pharmacist takes time out to
review medications, explain dosages, and even contact the prescribing practitioner if in doubt. Duty of care is high here, and in particular the care and attitude of the pharmacist, makes the biggest difference.

I am very happy with AMS's products and service! I appreciate that they carry Phisohex, which greatly reduces my acne. It is not available in the USA. Their customer service is great, too!
