Today on the 09/02/2024 at around 2pm I dealt with Erica and the other two women at the general main desk for a replacement laptop. They were AMAZING, helpful and lovely to deal with. Continue the good work. :)

Top notch service and advice from the ladies in the photo section today. Had a few small posters done in under 5 minutes so asked about a canvas print. So delighted with the result which was delivered just a few hours later. Thank you!

I had to have a print put onto canvas and it was an urgent job Being a Sunday I thought I’d be completely out of luck anywhere ( 12/02/2023 ) The two beautiful ladies in the printing section were amazing. They helped me with uploading it from my phone and what size and style etc. They then printed it and made my canvas for me and did it within four hours! They even wrapped it up for me in the wrapping paper I bought so my husband who it’s for, wouldn’t see it. This whole thing has been a bit stressful for me with the company who created the print and both of these ladies made this part so easy and stress free I can’t thank them enough. Chantel and Cienna I think their names are, ( I’m so sorry if I have it wrong ) have amazing customer service and went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much ladies, you have no idea how much you helped me today, I’ll definitely be coming back for more :)

Got sons pictures laminated waiting wasn't the best but great job on laminating pictures

I neglected to take note of the fantastic staff member’s name today, but she is a legend. I had some cards to be laminated for a wake and she patiently placed them in order and carefully laminated them. Was a success. Forever grateful for your service. Many thanks to you.

The range is getting wider and the displays are appealing. Bought myself stuff to organise my desk. They stock USB speakers for PC use too

The personnel in the print section have been wonderful! They have gone out of their way to ensure they provided the best result for me. They prioritized some canvas prints knowing I was on a very tight deadline, and basically went above and beyond! The product itself was first rate, and the service excellent!

Always helpful at this office works. I regularly shopped there and the staff still remember me when I come in so it is always an enjoyable experience. Very rare they don't have what I need.

Great prices & brilliant customer service. Scott is the best. An absolute genius that explains everything you need to know in the simplest terms. He goes the extra mile all the time. Nothing is a problem. He has taught us much about the new technologies available.

This is a great place for anything office, or home also they are a large store with friendly staff, and everything and probably more than your looking for. Give them a go. I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

Has most things for school and office needs

Took some an expensive pen back I did not feel I got good mileage out of, they were happy to replace so I decided to buy a four pack that was sealed. Good customer service.

I was served last week by Scott and he was excellent such a broad knowledge, I was buying a printer and he gave me all the info about different brands and the pros and cons. I left very happy and I bought an extra 74$ in cartridges because he suggested a very good deal in replacements for when my ink run out.

We were looking to purchase a replacement printer recently, after searching through the current magazine reviews it was obvious a lot of time was going to taken up comparing brands, function and costs etc. Having given up due to lack of time, we made the right decision and went to Officeworks Rockhampton. What a pleasure it was to be served by their team member Scott, his product knowledge and understanding of small business printing needs was excellent. He asked 4 or 5 very insightful questions and within a matter of minutes we had identified exactly the right printer for the job. We have to commend Scott’s professionalism, product knowledge and customer service. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.
