Friendly staff with customer service skills

The staff at this store are always friendly and willing to help. If they don’t know an answer to a query, they find out for you. Nice store, well stocked. Staff are happy to price match competitors. Pop in and say “Hi!”

Happened to come across the path of Michael W who was more than helpful and very well versed on a range of products and options. Took the stress out of purchasing and guided me based on personal experiences that felt genuine and passionate rather than KPI related. Is quite a distance from me and wouldn't normally come back but for the service Michael offered, it will now become my go to option.
