I had a late night skate tonight and decided to make a trip to KT mart. Since I didn't want to go when it's crowded and have a chilled night to browse around what's on the shelves. Oh my gosh, I was so wrong!!

There's heaps of people there even on a Monday night but what shooked me was the variety of food and beverages. From blueberry flavoured seaweed to rose oolong, literally this is a quirky foodie heaven 🥹🙏🏼

Prices were real reasonable and I'm really looking forward to my next visit again!

Superb store with comprehensive array of fresh, frozen and long life condiments. Also plenty of Korean beauty, kitchen and home products. The GRAND OPENING sticker at the front has been up there for a few months already.

I personally notice if you are after Chinese products, it's better to go other Asian grocers 🤭

Absolutely love this place, my favourite Asian grocer to shop at. There is a massive range of shelf, frozen and fresh foods. There are snacks galore, and every ingredient you need to make most Asian meals. Note that this place really only stocks Asian groceries, so don’t expect to come in here and buy a bag of frozen peas and carrots and Vegemite.

Everything you need for any Korean dish and a wide range of snack food (too much choice, i always leave with twice as much as i intended to buy). Prices for fresh food are competitive wiith other supermarkets. Staff are always helpful.

Not exclusively Korean, but stocks all Asian food. Everything from fresh to preserved food. All the cooking ingredients one would need for authentic Asian cooking. Always busy!

This KT Mart is the “metro” version of the one down the street. It’s smaller and a little bit cramped but if you spend some time in there, there’s something for everyone. It’s packed with ready to eat/drink products, snacks, pickled/preserved/canned goods, veggies, frozen food of all varieties, and more. Impressed with their ramen and alcohol/soju selection 😍 I found everything I needed for Asian dishes and KBBQ at home—in one place—without breaking the bank.

BYO bag as they charge for plastic bags. You can also sign up for a membership program but remember to prompt the staff if they forget to ask.

Great Asian shop and food mart (mostly Korean food)

KT mart is my go to Asian supermarket for decades.
This store has many Japanses groceries or substitute food and massive Korean groceries😋
Prices are very reasonable.

The best K grocery store in Melbourne. They offer a wide range of Korean groceries. The have Korean style pastries delivered to the shop Fridays.

Mega size Korean supermarket. ❤ love it with a bigger range of products.

Love this mart, it has almost everything you need and the prices are extremely fair compared to a lot of other places, the 10PM closing time makes it even more convenient! I do recommend checking it out if you haven't already.

Awesome selection of Korean and other Asian foods, hard to beat the variety. Prices are fair considering how hard it can be to source some of the stuff they sell. Have been many times and will come back many more. If you are looking for a solid Asian supermarket and you are in the area there aren't many better options in my opinion.

In my opinion this is the best Asian supermarket in Melbourne. It has all the items you need from most Asian countries, focusing more on Korean & Japanese. It is also reasonably priced, clean, tidy & layout is good. I just wished they had an organic Kimchi option.

Great selection of Korean and other Asian food products. The supermarket is well lit and has a clean environment. Staff are helpful and prices are competitive. It is well located near tram station and on the edge of CBD. Second floor is loaded with Korean cooking equipment and utensils. KT Mart has a good variety of Kimchi too!

One of my favourite grocers in the city. The kimchi section alone pulls me back every week but the product range is expansive. There’s a nice, relatively well priced selection of alcohol and some pretty decent produce, too.

Fresh quality produce and amazing deals on authentic Korean and other Asian groceries. KT MART has been my one stop shop for years, amazing staff and they also have a rewards system.

The only downside is their price tickets are not updated regularly, items are placed in the wrong locations and you end up paying slightly more than what’s listed on the rare occasion.
