Incredible customer service. I was desperate for a good supply of chocolate hearts for Valentine’s Day last week. lt was late notice as well. The amazing Sabreen ( sorry not sure of the correct spelling) looked after me so well. She explained they were out of stock in the particular shop I needed, BUT, here’s where she crushed it in customer service, she went all out to find stock and get it to a shop close by for our event. They arrived perfectly and on time! My guests said the quality of the chocolates were delish as well.

I so appreciated the clear and good communication and that willingness to go over and above for us. Stunning! So grateful - will definitely be a regular customer after this wonderful experience. Many, MANY thanks 😭🙏🏻.

The store is always well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable. I have even found some unique items that I have never seen before, like a unique type of lolly that was made with a special recipe.

The shop also offers gift baskets, which are perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just to show someone you care. The baskets come in a variety of sizes and can be custom-made to fit your needs.

Overall, Sweet Surprises is a great place to find a unique gift or treat yourself to something special. The prices are reasonable, the selection is vast and the staff are very beautiful young ladies.

Only just opened and thought it might be out of place in a 'high-walking-cane-ratio-to-resident' population, but is actually really cool. Imports from all over - I'm talking authentic British fudge and basically the American food pyramid; Reese's, Twinkies, Hersheys and Coke. They also have all those trippy flavours of Fanta I had assumed was a fever dream in the mid 2000s. Takes me back to the Leura Candy Shop in the Blue Mountains before it became super exxy.

Fantastic shop which has just opened a month ago! The only one of its' kind within the peninsula from what I'm aware.

Sweet Surprises sells all kinds of sweets, drinks, cereals, as well as sauces, imported from all over the world including items from AU/NZ/UK/USA at an affordable price. The store is stunning with a wide range of items for sale, making you become gobsmacked when you enter! Customer Service wasn't amazing by any means (which is why it was rated four stars) but the clerk was able to answer my questions if I had any.

They have a big selection of mostly American lollies, however I found them quite pricey.

Expensive, and the moment I walked in and looked at something I got accused of stealing in a very rude manner they didn’t even give me a chance to buy it.
