This was my first time ordering here, but it definitely won't be my last! I picked out some items which I will be sending overseas for Christmas, and even though there was a tiny issue with one of the items being out of stock when my order was packed, it was handled so thoroughly and efficiently, that I can't consider this a hitch at all. Communication and solutions were prompt and easy.

Absolutely love my purchase but I love the service even more! I adore personalised customer service and it's not easy to achieve when you are buying online, but this small Aussie owned business excels at it. Not only did my beautiful (and very delicate) jewellery box arrive on time and in one piece thanks to some very careful and thoughtful packaging, but I also received this lovely little hand written note and a follow up email.

Also worth noting, purchasing online through their website was very easy, and across the online store I found everything to be very fairly priced for the level of quality. I'll definitely be a returning customer! Thank you BLISS

After I made the order, I got a personal email thanking me for the order which I replied to and it made me extra happy as I was supporting a fellow Australian and their business. The most amazing dinnerware EVER from Bliss. I ordered a selection of their Moroccan plates, bowls, etc, and every piece is exquisite. Beautifully made, colourful and brings such joy to our table! Such incredible value for money too. The customer service was impeccable as well; communication was fantastic. It arrived really quickly (even through Covid time) and was packaged really well. Would highly recommend.

Great and efficient service from this store. Made a small gift purchase online of items made of glass and they were well packed with protection. Also received my item very promptly.

I was firstly happy to support a small local business. I ordered 2 matching soap/lotion dispensers however on arrival i found one was damaged. Don't know how as the packaging was very thorough and fragile tape placed all over the package. However, the customer service to have the item replaced has been very efficient and courteous. I can't recommend them enough. I'm also very happy with the product and looking forward to my replacement arriving. Thank you Bliss team

Ordered some Moroccan plates and bowls from Bliss Homewares and what a lovely experience. As I wasn’t able to go in store the girls were able to talk me through my selection on the phone. Just picked up our online order from this lovely shop in Milton. For years we have bought several items here, and always are welcomed with a smile. I ordered 2 beautiful wall decors for my new home from Bliss online(all the way from Melbourne). They arrived safely with proper wrapping and packing and look awesome in my living room.
