Fairly large Woolies. Located inside the Fairfield City Centre (formerly known as Neeta city souvenir). Parking available at the mall. Parking charges apply after the limit. Located on the ground floor near Commonwealth Bank branch and the Post Office. Courteous staff. Plenty of self check counters.

Very good place to shop great service from team members

Friendly team members. The shop was clean and tidy with a few out of stocks. Good service at the Deli. Although limited range was in the deli, the friendly team has given a few other options from the perishable section. I was satisfied as the tea member actually took me to the cheese small good section and give me other options and ideas to make my platter. Was a good shopping experience.

Good prices always here. Abdullah has the best customer service, always willing to go out of his way for customers like me and is an excellent representation of what customer service is all about. He is kind, mature, always smiling and respectful.

One of the very Best w.w. stores in the country from the store MANAGER Reddy to the hole team it's a absolutely fantastic experience and a great place to shop and big thank you to Ray how all ways smiles and says hello simple the Best.

A fantastic line manager at this store. She helped me to sort out an issue I had obtaining a large number of quiches for a charity function back in January. She went out if her way to help and sorted out a discount on some other items for me so that I didn't have to travel a mile to obtain the quantity I needed.

Will definitely shop here again!

Found my 1/2 dozen items quickly and paid at the ever welcoming customer service personnel …. She was kind and courteous too. Thank you.

Although lack of self service counters, the staff are friendly and helpful especially when they didn't have baked goods, they told us which woolies would have the product. They dignify everyone even those who are homeless. Much prefer woolies over Coles, more modern and nicer place to shop, even Aldi has better outlay than coles

I've been to many woolies and this is by far my favourite.

Always neat, tidy and clean.

The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Their fresh produce prices are always competitive to the local fruit and vege store.

I love the decorations for easter, halloween and christmas etc.

Best of all they have near expired mark downs consistently.

Woolworths Ltd. GROCERY Retail inside the Neeta Centre,Fairfield in first level/ground level. Staff are friendly,answer immediate with any customer quiery. Will empress with their Customer Sevice .mostly check out staff member are trained with their Policy & Procedure company require.

Couldn’t be more thankful, dropped my bottle of chivas whiskey and broke it, the manager there gave me a free one intsead, it was so nice of her, amazing staff and service ❤

Was very nicely set out since renovations, I haven't been there in many years and I was surprised but disappointed no cooked chickens now I have to cook my own 🤣🤣

Woolies store at the back of the shopping mall on the first floor after the Westpac Bank and fresh food and vegetables stand. It is a great store and caters to all your needs, I always shop here.
