Absolutely amazing selection of plush toys! The kids had a fabulous time selecting from the huge range of Pusheen, Pokémon, Squishmellows and more toys. Highly recommend a visit and the owner Patrick is lovely.

I scooped this cute eye mask when visiting the warehouse and I couldn’t be more excited to bring it for my travelling this Christmas holiday. Nothing to complain about the quality and the material is really soft. 100/10 would recommend for plushies fans!!!

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

To begin, I organised the items to be picked up and was told I could pick up from 12-5, i went to email the company to arrange a time but for some reason my emails kept getting bounced for an unknown reason and I had to email from a different account.

Then I went to collect the items after letting them know I would collect from around 1300-1400 on a certain day and when I arrived at 1230 the place wasn’t even open, when the emails and online made out they were open with workers from 11am and Tyne email seemed like they were open for collections 12-5 all day. The shop isn’t manned and there is no phone number to contact I had to resort to using instagram to have someone come and give me my order.

Then my partner just opened them for Christmas today and all the stuffing had been moved around into weird location and not siting correctly, they toys are all skewed slightly. It feels like they may have been stored with pressure on them on not correctly which had made the stuffing move into weird positions.

Considering how much I paid for them and that they are brand new I am so disappointed.
