I would thoroughly recommend the excellent customer service at Altapac Maitland. I had 2 child seats installed today, the 2 reception girls were friendly & helpful. The seat fitter was very efficient & explained everything he was doing & very friendly! Great service! Thankyou!

Urgently needed a baby seat I installed checked just to be safe. Turned up without a booking at 8am 12/12/23 and the person who served me with the piercings was courteous, friendly and helped me reconnect it to isofix points I didn't know I had. Took them 5 minutes asked how much, happily expecting to pay, but they didn't charge me. I'll be back to look at their camping gear I didn't know they sold!

We got our Car seat installed into our 2012 Triton. They got in the parts quickly, installed and mounted the attachments and seat. They are pretty accommodating and professional, but also quite polite.

The store design is also quite clean, with a nice variety. They stock Rhino-Rack also, which is great!

My first review but one I'm happy to write.

Store and staff were amazing from the beginning. Kept me up to date and prepared before my ute dust seal install. Day of, car was done in half the time quoted with an accompanying lowered install price. Install was done well and clean for the time used. Showroom was full with competitive pricing of obscure brands I would usually have to source online. Had my install done, paid for and another part ordered in 2hrs. Will recommend Altapac and sister company a1roofracks to anybody needing work done on a 4WD, I've dealt with both separately in the past and have always been treated incredibly well.

We initially got our 1st car seat installed at a local baby store and it was constantly moving and felt unsafe as they wouldn’t bother installing the inclusive isofix in spite of requesting it.
Glad the team at Altapac corrected the job, wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a car seat installed !

I went to Altapac to get roof racks fitted. I ordered them on Thursday and they were delivered and ready to be installed by Friday. They were installed within 30 minutes and look great. The staff were all very helpful and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Altapac. Thank you.

We always get our car windows tinted at Altapac. They are so professional and do a superior job. Very cost-effective and their products are excellent. I will never get my windows tinted anywhere else.

I was there getting 1 job done and ended up booking in to get another job done a couple of weeks later.

Super impressed from the get go. All staff forwarded me the utmost courtesey and from my first phone contact with Tom, I knew this was going to be a good place to deal with. On arrival I met with the foreperson, Steph and wow, this Girl knows her stuff and she went into great detail as to how she would run all my wiring and how all the accessories would be mounted. Picked up my Iveco the next day and again, wow, what a real professional outfit. Thanks to all the staff at Altapac. Want it done right, go see these Guys.👍👍👍👍

I came to Altapac about a month ago to have a HSP roller cover installed on my Cannon. I must say Im very happy and pleased with their professional honest work and ultra fair prices which made it worth it for me to drive from Sydney to there. They were able to do the job in the day and were very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Ebony was great help and the boys were also very nice too and happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Altapac and I'd probably consider coming back if I need anything.
