I bought a dress with my mom on Feb 6 and the asian lady working there was very helpful in helping us with matching what jacket my dress could go well with, she was nice and highly accommodating. WOULD 100% GO BACK THERE.

The staff here are so good and so polite. They give the best advice. They got elegant dresses for all occasions. A must visit and recommended store.

My family walked in the store 5:30pm Easter Saturday 2019. No one acknowledged us at all. We chose a dress to try on, the staff still ignored us so we helped ourselves to the fitting rooms. After trying on a dress I noticed that the front seams were weirdly stitched so I approached a staff member and asked if it's a fault and if it's seconds? She had no idea what I meant so I kindly explained to her what "seconds" means in clothing/product. She wasn't helpful at all. Her main concern was to leave work asap as by this point they rolled the roller door entrance down halfway at 5:45pm. I looked around the store to find another item to try on but I noticed and heard the staff member explaining to another staff member what had happened but over exaggerating and ridiculing way. So, when we walked out, I approached her and said "next time you want to say something rude about a customer, make sure that they leave first. Because I heard everything you said"
So overall, staff are rude and not willing to work.

Ridiculous returns/exchange policy with a strict 2 week limit even when clothes are unworn with tags still attached. Won't be back.
