Amazing experience with Thi Hong! I had an event at the Palladium after work, and packed an entire outfit minus shoes. Thi Hong knew of my dilemma and assisted brilliantly. She went above and beyond, and provided great advice on the shoes I ended up purchasing

Best place to shop amazing dresses. My wardrobe just says Forever New. 😊

Don’t open according to their advertised hours

I was in the shop for between 10-15 minutes, zero acknowledgement by the member of staff who was ‘working’… she was far too busy gossiping with, I expect a ‘friend’ about someone who was jealous, blah blah blah… whilst you had some nice overpriced garments all manufactured in China, I won’t be back… the customer service by volunteers in the nearby retro vintage stores was way better and that’s where I’ll be spending my cash ❌❌❌ my experience is already reflected in previous posts 😑

The worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had.

It's shocking how someone working in retail can treat customers the way I was treated today.

No acknowledgement of the customers when they enter the store, no assistance whatsoever, judgemental looks and rude tone of language.

I was trying many items (which annoyed the sale person as she had to do her job and put the items back to the floor), she got annoyed and rudely asked :”Are you going to buy anything?”. I was speechless of the tone of her language. Customers have a right to try as many clothes as they want and to buy it or not is also their choice. I felt like I was committing a crime by trying on different items. Simply because of the poor customer service, I had to go back and forth as no one was assisting me while I was in a fitting room and there are only 3 items allowed at the time which is ridiculous as if it’s a luxury boutique.

I made a purchase which I already regret about, as such stores with poor customer service don’t deserve to have any sales.

You should be ashamed of hiring such unprofessional people that treat customers with rudeness and arrogance.

Very disappointing to see how many bad reviews this store had for a long time and nothing was done to improve it.

Not coming back

The manager of the store Gaurisha and a shop assistant, anIndian girl acted extremely rude and arrogant. This is not a customer service anyone should experience.

The staff don’t even acknowledge you and act like you don’t exist, not even friendly and they look at you and don’t even say a thing. Talk about customer service? I then asked the worker if there were any other coats that were the same in a different colour. She pointed at one that was no where near the same and had no clue what she was talking about. Lost for words I got fed up and left. Worst store experience.

I really wanted to shop here but now hesitant because the women I spoke to on the phone and Indian lady was really rough and made feel uncomfortable because of how rude and aggressive she was. Nice clothes but ruined by bad behaviour, just not nice.

RUDE STAFF! After we checked what time the shop would be closing we turned up 1 hr before close time and was asked if we would like help from a lovely staff member. We then had another very rude one tell us they were closing early now and it was out of their hands and we couldn’t try anything on even though my friend was spending a large amount of money. We certainly had time to try things on but it was care factor zero. Shame they missed out on a huge sale!
