Woolworths Greenbank

I live alone now and I don't buy a large quantity of groceries these days. But at the checkout today (Thursday 26, Oct), it was refreshing to meet such a genuinely nice lady - Shelley. She was very welcoming and friendly. It was honestly, the highlight of my day. Lee

The staff are very helpful, especially at the checkout.
I also appreciate that they have more than 1 person at the tills, so no long queues.

Great store well stocked and very clean now plus checkouts are quick and staff are very obliging. The new self serve checkouts are spot on and easy to use plus there are more

Nice store Has everything you need

I go to Greenbank Woolworths now, far better service. If I am spending over $100. I don't want to put my groceries through the check out myself. I am a pensioner, I can't stand for too long. Anyway I say keep a young person in a job.

Great got a soup I have been looking everywhere for and their bakery has yummy cinnamon buns best I have tasted also friendly staff but I think the store needs a bit of a sprucing up

Typical Woolies, same layout as all roles stores, makes it easy to find stuff.

There is always a reliable amount of stock available across each department and the shelves are consistently kept filled.

The fruit and vegetable area is always always kept at top quality, further reminding you that customers always come first.

I love shopping here as we stock up on clearance meat & freeze it saves this household alot of money. Its also not overcrowded feels relaxed & easy to shop here with my mum & as soon as you are lining up they will open another register so your not waiting with your babies for long.

Went into Woolworths Greenbank 20 Mar 20 at 7:30am. Was told by the lovely manager that it was only open to pensioners until 8am. I then enquired about Veteran pensioners, showed my White Card and was told "that's good enough for me, come on in". Absolutely great service from all staff! Thankyou for honouring the veteran community! Well done!

I love Woolworths, Pub Lane! Easy parking, not too busy or over crowded. Can always find what I need. The staff are all exceptional and friendly. The young local people who work in there are a credit to the local community!

Car park a bit scary

Very good prices and the store is clean, tidy & not over crowded. Love their watermelon! Won't buy it from Coles Orion. Disabled parking out front and plenty of trolleys in good condition.

The store has been developed very smoothly, is filled with extremely friendly staff and the quality & selection of the products is always kept as a priority.

Tracy was so very helpful .. she was on the floor and so ready to go above and beyond her call of duty .. well done sweetie - I will be looking out for you more often for your courteous customer service ..
