Love the way the store looks when you entered into!!!!! The best coffee to start your day and i live in dandenong but i drove all the way from dandenong to windsor for coffee and to talk with jaymin one the best greeters in my 7-11 experience the way he keeps the coffee machine clean and well organised i like that!!! I strongly recommend one should visit this store if you are passing from here!!!!!

Good for the most part. Staff are generally friendly enough (although there's the odd time you end up feeling as though you should be apologising for interrupting their internet browsing by wanting to spend money there).
Sausage rolls are usually nice and flaky but definitely need to be prodded beforehand to be sure they weren't just chucked in a microwave and are soggy.

Drive through / parking can be hectic if others aren't respectful. Otherwise a good ice cream stop.

I drove by for picking up some milk and snacks,
attendant won't let me in saying it is policy for not letting anyone in after 10? I was not drunk, was driving a car and gently requested and he denied.
I politely left but manager or owner should look into the issue. Date of issue- 12 October after 9 pm. Edit: I am not sure what happened with the policies for night locks but we went to the 7/11 nearby the store Caufield had no problem letting us in.

Poor customer service. We go around 10:30 pm on 27/12/2023 the cashier didn’t open the door for us we need to buy gift card and he behave rude to us.

24hours store in name only won't allow customers inside the store at night and expects them to look thru the window from afar and order
