Super-sized meals as usual. Cooked to perfection. Did have to wait an hour and a quarter but the 2 ladies were flat out keeping up. Celebrated my birthday and they looked after the cake. Overall I doubt you could find a better meal in a country town and double the size of a city meal.

I really like having Dinner here as often as l can . Great food .... a charming Bistro . I have eaten at many many many Rural Hotels when l was on the Road - this one is in my Top Ten . The WoodStove keeps the room warm..... you need to be comfortable as the Chicken Parma takes a while to eat . Unpretentious and characterful - this is what Country Cooking is all about .... goodonya Ladies x

Came here for a beer and a meal after a long bike ride. Seafood was really good and the friendly publican served up local wine and intell. Avoca is a lovely town and I'm sure they'll bounce back after COVID. Pub is highly recommended for country hospitality.

Eaten here a couple of times, can’t fault the food or service, 5 star all the way!
The owner went out of his way to accomodate me when I arrived 15 minutes after ervice had ended.

The Vic Hotel provide a great atmosphere with open fires and TAB, pool table and the occasional live band that allows you to let your hair down. Lots of friendly locals and massive parmas... good little drinking hole for everyone.

We stopped in avoca for the day the staff and the regulars made us feel welcomed. The pyrenees parmi was so yummy...would recommend this pub to anyone ...

Liz has been doing a beautiful job of bringing us excellent meals and enhancing the looks and atmosphere of the Vic. I love to have lunch at the Vic.

Called in for a cold beer on a hot day. Saturday saw a good crowd enjoying the facilities.
