Absolutely in love with my rings. My husband had Karl design and make my engagement, wedding and eternity band. The service is second to none and they go above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations.

Second to none! The service here is amazing. I wanted to design my own rings for engagement, wedding and eternity. I was very specific and to the point with my OCD. Karl was there every step of the way, even with a CAD design and patience with me changing it constantly. Came out absolutely perfect

Highly recommend visiting the pendulum jewellery shop! I came in and spoke to Karl to get an engagement ring made and he made the whole process so so easy! Nothing was a problem and he was as very easy to communicate with.

My husband purchased a pendant and earrings for me with the understanding that they could be exchanged which I chose to do. I decided on a ring and the owner said she could order matching earrings which would take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I went into the store and neither the owner or the supplier had a record of the order and said she would order them again. Same thing happened again twice! Then yesterday after nearly 18 weeks she rang to say they had arrived but when I went in the wrong style had been ordered despite discussing this 3 times previously. I had to remind her that they were an exchange as she had kept no records and had no memory of our previous conversations. In hindsight I should have asked for a receipt. Out of frustration I paid the extra for the wrong earrings and will never go back there again.
