Bought a Spaulding basketball stand and backboard 2 years ago which the Perspex cracked and fell apart in the weather. Received great service when I purchased and the same awesome service when I put in a warranty claim . Sara looked up the receipt , dealt with the rep, communicated through the process and we got a new backboard for the kids. This is why it’s great to support local retailers. Tried one of the major stores first, got ignored so took myself down to Sports Power. So glad I did. Got a new tyre fitted and valve sorted. Then got chatting and they told me about local riding spots and just generally nice people who actually looked after their customers.. thank you

I can't say enough good things about Lloyd the mechanic at Sportspower Cooma. He is not only a super mechanic, but when we rang from Canberra heading to Thredbo for a weekend of blues and riding, he was so accommodating and worked in the bikes that afternoon. They needed some TLC after I botched the job the night before, so for him to advise over the phone of parts needed and what to bring for him to get it done was awesome. If you need any work done and you are in Cooma, or on your way to somewhere else. Then Lloyd and Sportspower Cooma are a must.
