Very friendly helpful staff. The zing section of the store is relatively small but provides the basic stuff from a wide variety of franchises. There's usually a massive bin of second hand games as well.

Staff are beyond fabulous and all too eager to help you find what you need store is very tidy and easy to navigate best gaming store in town

Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help you find a game suitable to your preferences, play style and skill level. Huge selection of collectibles and new stock in regularly means there is always something interesting to check out.

Definitely worth it to become a member to get deals on purchases and trade ins.

The staff here are very helpful and don't really mind the quick chat while you're browsing. The electronic boutique shop (that's what EB stands for), has a lot of games and devices both brand new and pre-owned. There's also a bunch of cool merchandise right at the back in the ZiNG area. Worth a browse if you're just out and about in the heart of Launceston.

The staff here are always so helpful and more than eager to chat with you. Everytime my son and I walk in we feel like we're at a friend's place!

Great store but minors loiter outside to ask if you can trade games in for them because they're not 18 yet

Great store, awesome range of games, accessories, toys, clothes and other nerdy items. Lots of space to move for mobility devices and very friendly and patient staff.

The use of high speed internet has changed this store worldwide some of its stores closing down. In Launceston this store has managed to stay relevant by changing products and not only selling electronic based games. Would like to see more focus on role playing and tabletop games. There is a large portion of their floor coverage that caters to pop culture. The only negative that I can think of is there are times when some customers need to adjust their hygiene habits, the store could use a way to neutralize this.

Friendly staff who are gamers and geeks themselves so they are very helpful when it comes to any questions you need about games and tech. I love going here, it's always awesome to see what they have and if there's any sales too.

Amazing staff. So kind and helpful. Looked through stacks of pop figures to find one. They also looked through a ton of games to find one alike a previous one i owned. Would shop there again

Brilliant game & gaming supply store. I love the POP! vinyl figures & I have 7 of them. I've looked for NASCAR games here & I'm unlucky to find any for my PS3.

The cashiers are always so understanding, especially with those that find it hard to speak with people they don't know. They don't rush you or anything and it makes the process a lot less stressful.

Friendly staff and during sales often lower prices then eBay. Birthday rewards and wheelchair accessibility all available here. Nice place to shop 👍
