Man from precious ownership dealt with me, very professional - ensured the key would be perfect for my car.

However, since new management took over they will not offer me a refund, was never told about their supposed refund policy - even tho you guys are nice you still have MY money, and I have a receipt to prove it.

Won’t recommend anymore.

Did a shoe repair, heels broke after 2 months and was hardly worn. They advised they couldn’t fix it and wanted full payment again. Customer service was absolutely shocking and rude. Definitely would not recommend.

BUYERS BEWARE!
The Asian guy who works there is dodgy and rude. He uses recycled batteries and charges as new. When you go back to get new batteries he again puts the old ones in and wrecks my watch then refuses to give me a refund.

Went to change my clicker battery for my roller shutter. That idiot took my 25 dollars and didn't change nothing at all. Hope this shop gets what's coming to them for ripping people off.
