The service I received at Tommy Hilfiger Chadstone on Saturday (17/12/22) was possibly the best customer service I have ever received in any store, ever! I am a long-term customer of Tommy Hilfiger, but recently have only been shopping online. I decided to visit a real store. I was given a lot of help and attention by my sales assistant, during what was a very busy time. There were plenty of staff to help everyone, and there was a great promotion on. The sales assistant helped me to understand how I could save more by purchasing more items. He didn't leave my side until I was done. After I purchased my items he came back to ask me how the purchasing process had been. Wow. This was a VIP experience. The staff at the counter were also super friendly and helpful. Everyone was friendly! I will certainly be coming back and telling my friends and family to visit your store. You should all be very proud of what you are doing.

My experience the other day was incredible. Impeccable customer service, particularly by Carla, which made my whole day better. I had a chat to I believe his name was Tom as well, who was also very nice. The store itself was clean and organised and easy to navigate. All the best to those two.

I visited the Chadstone store today to return a shirt that was to small . Steve who works their was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the fashion industry is second to none . Try to visit Chaddy before 12.00 o'clock to avoid parking issues.

Good variety of clothing in a great quality. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms are big enough to get in with a pram.
