COS

On Tuesday i went shopping into this cos chadstone store & i cant express how enjoyable of an experience i had. The manager with the glasses i didnt catch his name but he mentioned he was the manager and helped me out so much. I wasn’t too sure on some of the sizing but he was very knowledgeable and certainly most approachable which is something that i very much value within the retail environment nowadays. Biggest praise to him & the store in general. Will be back soon definitely!

I have been eyeing this particular scarf for months and haven't been able to visit the store. last night on the first day of sale the scarf pops up on the website, i immediately proceed to checkout. the website glitch and just like that, it's out of stock.

I called every COS store in Victoria in the morning, none has the item except Chadstone. The girl said she has 1 left. I rushed to the store after work.

The girl with a blue vest, short hair, THANK YOU!! 🫶 i didn't catch her name but she is amazing! not only she remembers my inqury, she helped me search the item on a busy shop floor.

Also this store service model is excellent and was easy to contact and engage with. would recommend COS Chadstone and the blue vest girl to anyone. She is doing an excellent job, well deserved 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been long-term customer of this store, I was disappointed to read the review from the very misinformed "Karen" quoting a "young woman with the questionably long eyelash extensions" maybe grow up and Understand your not the centre of the universe!! I remember how rude you were.. the "loud personal conversation" the young lady was having was with me a customer.

Shame you feel like you're better than the rest of us, I have always had exceptional friendly and supportive service from this store and the young lady.

Chick with long black hair & tatts was welcoming and really helpful. I had an event to go to and she went the extra mile to make me love and feel confident in my outfit. Will be back, hope to be served by her again.

I’m so grateful for the beautiful service I received from Neha. She was so attentive and so helpful. Neha took the time to help me find items that suit my figure, was so friendly and so patient. I don’t normally write reviews but I was just so impressed with the calibre of staff at Cos and I will definitely be going back! Thank you again Neha.

It’s 2021 guys. Time to get your online website up to date and happening. No online orders for Australia. One store can’t check to see another stores stock availability online. Only by phoning the other store. Shame. Some great clothing pieces though.

COS is always my favourite fashion retail brand when it comes to my mind! Whenever they do sale, COS is always my first shop to visit!

Love their collection of clothing, a little away from the usual stuff you'd find at your 'fast Fashion' stores, and at fairly reasonable prices.

Good staff in store, great product, gets busy sometimes but theres a reason why - we love COS.

One of my favourite stores super busy over Christmas holidays. Great sales.

Good substitute if you can't afford Jil Sander
