Australia Day and we Just walked in out of the blue to your Roxburgh Park store. Greeted by a friendly young lady named Tess. We wanted some information on what’s best for our puppies healthy diet. This young lady is a wealth of information and product knowledge. She guided us to the best choices for our fur babies. This young lady is a credit to the Pet Barn name. Thank her from us.

Sunday trade is 9am - 5pm
Three cars turned up to the store at 9am but it’s not open. One staff member is waiting at the front for someone to turn up to open the store. Now 9.15am two cars have left and I am still waiting. I have waited 20mins and store still not open. Poor service. Not returning to this store.

The lady at the shop refused to sell me 2 small fish for $3 each because my tank is only 28 liters?
I believe she had some mental issues. Her job is to advise the cutomers not to force them following her advice. She was angry and asked me to wait so she could call her manager? The shop is empty, I didn't wait for her manager, Instead I just went to craigieburn Pet Shop and bought the fish.

They opened this shop but don't sell all the products that other shops sell.
Only rubbish food in this store, the good quality food didnt reach roxburgh park at all. For some misterious reason.
