We experienced the best customer service from Tim and Jo. They both went well and truly above and beyond to help us out and installed a new battery for our Ute. We also got some very helpful local knowledge of places for us to visit. Well done Tim and Jo if I could give you a 10/10 I would. Highly recommend calling in and seeing Tim and Jo. Great business recently opened in Pt Augusta. They have batteries from hearing aids to heavy plant as well as chargers and solar options for caravans and 4WDs.

Cannot rate these guys knowledge and friendliness, every battery for every need. Great camping range from top brands.

We cannot recommend Outback Batteries in Port Augusta any more highly! We were having problems with our caravan deep cycle batteries (purchased with a new van from Adelaide) and Nelson kindly offered to thoroughly test them. One was ok but the other was not. As they were under warranty we couldn’t buy a replacement there and then but Nelson still showed the utmost professionalism and highest customer service standards to help us out.

We needed deep cell batteries for our caravan while in Port Augusta. Mary Jane and Nelson had a fantastic range and were able to supply exactly what we needed. Their service was fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of a battery.

Needed a Battery for my Ford Ranger. Great shop. Great service. Great managers and the place is easy to access with plenty of Parking. When we attended it was actually a stressful time as we had been broken down and they treated us so well

A big shout out to the team @outbackbatteries in Port Augusta SA.

We turned up yesterday after calling Nelson ( senior team member🤩) with battery charging issues in our van.

The company GM Leith was on hand, spending a great deal of time trouble shooting our issue, FaceTiming with his electrical expert, then explaining the diagnosis and suggested solutions.

Turns out our 16 month old AGM batteries are dead (again) but identified some potential wiring and charging deficiencies.

Great ethical approach by Leith and Nelson - even with our shot batteries, there was no pressure to close a sale, just friendly knowledgeable advice and support.

@outbackbatteries have a number of stores in NT, SA and QLD.

Had my Rodeos battery drop a cell just before leaving to head north, these guys had the exact battery I needed at better prices then I’ve previously seen. Great Family owned buisness highly recommended!
